I'd recommend starting by comparing the specifications of the 26-040 and 26-068 to the pivot bar shown in your first photo.

We do not carry an exact match for the corner pivot bar shown in two of your other photos but the 26-395 is similar. Review the dimensions below to see if this might work as a replacement.

As for your spiral balance, take a look at the (3/8") S900 or (5/8") S600 spiral balances for tilt windows depending on the diameter of your housing tube. If you also need new pivot shoes, we'll need to see yours uninstalled. Please also write out the exact width and thickness to narrow down your options. Thank you.
