Part needed to hold channel balance inside the window

Question

Side load sing hung vinyl window. The part that holds the channel balance in the window is half gone. The window on the left still holds the channel balance down. The window on the left has nothing it hold it down. I need a part to hold the channel balance inside the window . Help?? I need 3 of these.

This part is known as a top sash guide. I think we can help replace them, but I cannot make yours out based on these photos. Do you have an undamaged version we can see, perhaps from an identical window? If so, please remove it from the window and show us a clear picture of the front and a picture of the side. Think of it like a mug shot. That would be a huge help.
