Part number for this Balance knife lock shoe

A home owner from Sub of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania says:

One of balance knife lock shoes in my old window is broken. I found the code number on the sash channel is 30HD. I include the picture for the unbroken part on the other side of the window. Please help identify the part so I can order the part. Thanks!
