Part number for tilt latch

Thanks for reaching out to us. The part pictured here is called a pivot shoe. We're happy to help with the tilt latch but we'd have to see a photo of it to compare to our inventory. 

If it's the pivot shoe you're looking for, I'm afraid we don't sell an exact match. I recommend the 15-259 which uses the S159 coil balances if this is a Simonton window. The video below will explain the process.
