Hello,

The damaged part shown in your photo is a pivot shoe. There's a good chance that we can supply a replacement but we would need to see an undamaged version from an identical window uninstalled to compare to our inventory. We'll also need you to write out the exact width and thickness of the shoe to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we are not able to make out exact dimensions from photos. It looks like your shoe most likely measures 1-1/4" wide but we would need you to write out the exact thickness of the part. We would also need to see an undamaged version of your pivot shoe with an intact cam that the pivot bar installs in to compare to our replacement options.

Hi, the thickness is 1/2 inch. Doesn't picture #3 above show the full cam piece intact?

Thanks for getting back to us. We prefer to see the undamaged shoe uninstalled but if you're confident that the depth is exactly 1/2", you can start by comparing the 15-046 shown below to your pivot shoe. Take a look and see what you think.
