It appears your windows use an older rod balance that is no longer made. We should be able to assist with an updated replacement, but to further review, we will need to see an undamaged version. We need to see any attachments and how the balance installs into the window channel. Thank you!

Your window uses an older crossbow style that is no longer made. As long as the original spring is a 1/2" diameter, you should be able to convert to the Series 795 channel balance. Please review the step by step video that details the conversion and additional parts needed.
