Part that allows the window to tilt

A landlord from Hilliard Ohio says:
The gray part that looks like a "T" of the window that allows the window to tilt open snapped off in the right side of the window . The first photo is a picture of the hole it comes out if and the second photo is where it goes into.

Looks like you have a Series 795 Channel Balance. These balances tend to use pivot bars like the 26-021 or 26-366, but you'd need to compare with one of yours to be certain.
