This looks like our 15-177 Pivot Shoe, which uses our Series 152 Coil Springs. Just remove it from the window to confirm. This shoe uses a few possible pivot bars, such as our 26-030, 26-226, or 26-446. Compare with one of your old pivot bars to see which you need.
