This looks correct, also need the piece for the lock, which always breaks when the mortise goes bad,

I'm afraid I don't know exactly what part it is you're looking for. Could you specify? If you just wanted the whole handle set, we sell the 82-086. The only other piece for this set sold separately is the 82-107 lever, but I'm not sure if this is what oyu need.

The mortise for sure and the 82 107 if it will fit my door handle that we already have

I would need a better look at the latch you have on the handle now to confirm if the 82-107 will work. Would that be possible?

Otherwise our 82-265 should work well as a mortise.
