Hello! Looks like you need a new tilt latch and channel balance. Fortunately, we sell both: see our 26-393B tilt latch pair and Series 795 channel balance.

One other thing to note: it appears that your balance uses an "open cam" shoe, meaning it has a hole in the back of the cam. The Series 795 comes with a closed cam shoe by default, so you may want to purchase our 15-195B separately and install it on the Series 795 upon receipt. The video below will show you how this can be done. It's very easy.
