Thanks for reaching out! Your window balance is an older, discontinued Crossbow balance. I believe our Series 795 Channel Balance will work for your repairs but you'll want to be sure to confirm the diameter of the balance. If the diameter is 1/2", you'll need the S795-24 Channel Balance.

To determine the stamp option needed for your balance, you'll need to obtain the exact weight of the sash. Once you have this number, you'll be able to select your stamp option from the chart below the product description for the balance. You'll find this directly on the product page for the S795-24 on our website.

This balance comes assembled with the 15-195 T-Lock shoe, which has a 1-1/4" width; however, your shoe looks like it may possibly have a 1" width. If so, you'll need to purchase the 15-194 1" T-Lock shoe and swap them out. There is a video tutorial tagged below detailing how to do this.
