Thanks for posting! Based on what I can gather from the photos, it appears you have a 28" non-tilt spiral balance with a 3/8" diameter. This can be replaced with our S400-28 Spiral Balance. 

To select the tip color option for your balance, you will need to obtain the exact weight of your sash. Unfortunately, I am not able to make out the tip color from your photos. Once you have the sash weight, you'll be able to confirm the correct replacement using the chart below the product description for the S400-28, on the website.

We do not carry an exact replacement match for the bracket you have but our 17-031 Bracket, #14 should work as a suitable replacement. Take a look over the dimensions to confirm.
