Hi there!

Thanks for reaching out to us. Take a look at our Series 380 and Series 385 channel balances. One of them could be what you need depending on the depth of the bottom shoe. There should also be a stamp printed on the metal channel. That will indicate what stamp option to select for the replacements.

If you need a new take out clip, see the 16-002.

Let us know if you have any questions!

Your balance has winged top and bottom fittings so you'd want the S380-24 or S385-24. You'll have to measure as shown above to determine the best match.

Your 2390 stamps are outdated and don't match up with any of our options. However, the 26 stamps might indicate the sash weight. You can always weigh your sash on a scale to be certain. If it's indeed 26 pounds, you can use the 2350 stamp option. A pair of balances with this stamp can support a sash weighing 23 to 27 pounds.

Any difference between the 380 and 385?

The difference between these two Series is the depth of the bottom shoe. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.
