Thanks for posting! Your coil balance shoe appears to be the 15-177 Coil Balance Shoe. To confirm that this is the right replacement, you'll need to remove your shoe and compare the dimensions.

This shoe is compatible with the 1/2" wide Series 152 Coil Balance, attached to the shoe using the 33-072 screw. You'll need to look for a stamp on the coil or confirm the sash weight to determine the coils needed to complete the assemblies. Your tilt window latches can likely be replaced with the 26-243 and 26-244 Tilt Window Latches. Compare the dimensions to confirm that these are what you need.
