Unforutnately, we do not carry an exact match for your original pivot shoe but there is a chance that our 17/32" thick 15-199 could work as a replacement. Review the dimensions compared to your existing shoe to determine if this is the right fit.
This shoe is compatible with either the 1/2" thick S160 coil spring or the 3/8" thick S165 coil spring. To determine which series you need, you'll need to confirm the thickness of your coil spring.
If there are no stamps on the metal coil to indicate the strength options needed for your replacements, you'll need to weigh your window sash and divide it by the total number of coils in the window. Thanks for posting!

Unfortunately, we are not able to make out exact dimensions from photos. You'll need to confirm your coil thickness to choose the correct replacements. I'd also suggest weighing your sash to confirm if you need 6 or 9 pound replacement coil springs.
