I dont know how to describe they are for a huge window not sure of the size but it had 2 white spools with metal spool in them and one of the metal spools snapped inside the window making it in operable

Hey there!

My recommendation is the 15-177. I'm confident this is what you want but take a look and let me know if you have any questions. For new springs, see the Series 152. I also recommend checking the tongue of the coil for a stamped weight code. If there aren't any, you will have to weigh the window sash and divide the weight by the number of springs in the window.

Ok 15-177 def looks like it as for the coils I'm not sure if it's stamped with a 6 or 9 but that's what is on it also the white parts the barrel and cap or coil bushings ima need those as well

It looks like it might be a 6 but it's tough to say for sure. We recommend weighing the window sash on a scale and then dividing the weight by the number of springs in the window to determine the proper spring weights. 

As for the coil supports, see the 15-143, 15-144, and 15-145 which "sandwich" around the spring.
