Question

I need help with ID on a part. I have double hung windows with a spiral balance and a 17/32 tilt shoe. I can not for the life of me think of the name for the metal bar on the bottom of the window frame that sits the window into the shoe.

It's hard to tell what you have with more detailed dimensions. I also can't get a look at the pivot bar style while it's still installed. Start with our 15-118 pivot shoe and 26-040 pivot bar, and carefully compare our measurements to yours to confirm if these can work.
