Hi There, I would like to please get a part number for the enclosed replacement of the balcony door handles.  These are for a Hilton Hotel in Miami Beach.

Hi there!

Thank you for reaching out to us. Your handle set reminds me of the 82-030 with 3-15/16" installation hole center spacing. I'm afraid we can't ID the lock if it's missing, however. The 82-265 comes to mind, but this is just an educated guess, and we can't promise it's what you need. Review the specifications and see what you think.

Hi There,  I have a video of the components I would like to send to you.  I am not sure the internal components are the same.  How do I send you the video. I have taken screenshots from the video and enclosed them on this thread.  Can you please verify that the quoted items are the same?

Thank you for your time.

Emily is out of the office today, but I can confirm that your mortise lock looks like a closer match to the 82-238, which uses the 89-036 keeper. This lock is commonly used with the 82-080 handle set. Note that this handle has 4-15/16" mounting holes as shown below. Take a look and see if these specifications of these parts match your original hardware.

Thank you so much for your lightening reponse.  Do you have a video on how to install these?  I noticed Swisco has a few videos on Youtube on how to install and it would be great if I can have these as well for our technicians.  Please let me know.
Thank you,
Casey

We don't have videos on these specific parts, but they are fairly easy to replace. Once the installation screws and handles are removed, they'll be able to remove the screws for the mortise lock and it will slide out of the cutout in the door. Reverse the same process to install the new hardware.
