Parts Inquiry - Replacement Window Shoe

Good afternoon,

I am looking for replacement window shoes for an unknown brand of window, pivot-style. Attached are some photos of the existing shoes. Dimensions are roughly 1 3/8 tall x 1 1/4 wide x 5/8 thick. It appears that product 15-177 may work but I wanted to confirm as I did not see any visible coil attached to the customer's window and I am not particularly familiar with these devices. Thank you!

This window uses an older style that is no longer made, but we recommend the 15-177 pivot shoe as a replacement option. This pivot shoe is compatible with the Series 152 coil springs. If the original springs are still in good shape, they can be used with the new shoe.
