Parts Needed Double Hang Tilt Window

Question

Two double hang windows need replacement parts pictured. The springs themselves are fine; the hooks on the latches are missing or broken.

Sorry that I can't find a manufacturer name anywhere.

I am hoping you may have this or something similar.
