Parts are from a sliding glass door

A home owner from Bridgewater NS, Canada says:

The house was built in about 1985 in Nova Scotia. The name on their of the inside door handle is Lockwood. There are code numbers on between the panes of glass. One code is: Lock-pane CMHC 5164 I.D.S. Another code is 84-10. Thank you.
