Parts for 34B BSI DL balance and window

Question

Need new balance's where the string broke, pivot broken and bottom of window pin that goes into pivot broken.  Trying to find parts to repair.

Thanks for posting. Your pivot shoe looks a lot like our 15-129; you'll need to remove it from the window and compare dimensions to confirm. Your balance might be a S770-34, with a stamp option of 34B; but again, look over all the specifications to make sure this looks right. Finally, there's a few possibilities for your pivot bar. See the 23-021, 26-310, or 26-360. Look over the dimensions to confirm.
