Parts for Norco windows

Question

Looking for 2 left and 2 right crank hardware; one lock as pictured and one part that the window sits on photo 3 red arrow.
Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello,

The black track slide shown in your first photo is not available separately but we do offer the 36-048 hinge set with 10" bases that connect to the window sill.

As for the operator, take a look and compare the 39-013 shown below to yours.

Your keeper reminds me of the 38-135 at first glance but this part is intended for Andersen windows. If you could show us the lock that it engages with, that would help us confirm which keeper would be compatible. Thank you!
