Parts for PeachTree window

I have a lower window on a double hung window non-tilt. Both lines have snapped. Right and left sash. I need two 1/2" inside channel balances. The PeachTree Part is part number 3054C.(Photo) The line appears to be 31" long. The springs are 11" long for info. Thanks. pease let me know if you would have the proper parts for the fix.

We didn't read where you provided the metal length of the balance. But if it happens to be 23-1/4" long, you can go with our S745-23 channel balance with a 22.25-3 option to hold a sash weighing 13-19 pounds. Look it over and let us know what you think.
