Parts for Simonton Windows

Question

Both panels don't stay put and slide to the lowest position under weight. Need all parts to bring the functionality back as original

Thanks for posting. This old Simonton balance system is no longer made, but it can be replaced with the 15-259 Pivot Shoe and Series 159 Coil Balance springs. The video below explains how. Let me know if you have questions.
