Parts for Simonton windows

Question

I need
1. Two pivot housings (the plastic housing in which the cast brass hinge/pivot sits), as well as
2. Two white sets of tilt latches (2 lefthand side, and 2 righthand side).
The measurements of the tilt latches: Length (not including the spring-activated triangular part which latched to the window frame): 2 11/16", width: 3/4", and height: 3/8".
The vertical channels in which the pivots glide (shape: a rectangular letter "C") are 1 3/16" wide

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't have a 1:1 match for the pivot shoe but we recommend the 15-259. This is designed to use the Series 159 coil balances and 26-083 pivot bar. The video below will go over everything you'll need to know. You're also welcome to get back to us with the sash weight for us to calculate the spring weights.

As for the tilt latch, the 26-243 and 26-244 come to mind but our dimensions are off from yours. It couldn't hurt to double-check them. Take a look and see what you think.
