Parts for my broken balances

Question

Sorry but there are no markings of any kind on the balances or wiindows.The windows are vinyl single hung from the early 2000's.

Thanks for reaching out! Your balances appear to be a discontinued crossbow style balance. These have been converted to use our Series 795 Channel Balances.

To confirm that these balances will be a situatable replacement, you'll need to obtain a few measurements from your existing balances. These include the length of an undamaged balance, the diameter of the balance channel/tube. This measurement should be 1/2"; please let me know if it is 3/8".

You will also need to obtain the width of the bottom T-shaped attachment (it will either be 1" or 1-1/4" across the bottom of the T shape) as well as the exact weight of the window to select the correct stamp option.
