Hello, these photos are from a Simonton window, I included a photo of a tag I could find. The window seems to be falling out of the bottom sash when tilted in. Also a plastic cover located higher is busted. Can you please advise what parts I need to order to fix this issue?

It's tough to confirm what you have based on these pictures. Most Simonton windows like yours used a Series 165 3/8" wide coil spring. Look it over and see what you think. You will need the stamped numbers printed on your existing springs to confirm the best option. The nylon cover looks like our 15-205, while the pivot shoe could be our 15-191. Please review these parts to confirm that they match.
