Parts for replacing channel balancers

A quick learner from Silverdale says:
I purchased new channel balancers from Swisco and discovered I need some additonal parts to complete the repair . . . the little metal tab that pops out to hold the top of the balancer when raising the window to remove/replace a balancer and the plastic part that is attached to the window and that engages the top of the balancer. First 2 pics above are the metal clip, which you can see has broken into 2 pieces, and the second 2 pics are aof an undamaged plastic clip that I need another one. I hope you will be able to source these parts for me. If you need additional info, please let me know.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the specifications of our 18-008 top sash guide and 16-002 take-out clip to your original parts. Thanks for posting!
