Parts for window not staying up

Quick Learner
Hi, I have a Redibuilt by Survivor 7100 series window that will not stay up. I am aware that Survivor windows are no longer available.  From looking at your replacements parts and video, I think I need the coil set up. Please see pics attached. I hope the pics help for you to advise me what I need. If not, please let me know and I will get more information to you.
I was afraid to take out the shoe but was able to take out the coil and find the stamped number. I only did this on one side as I was afraid to dismantle it all being concerned that I couldn't get it back together and get the sah back on, until I got parts.  I hope the coil on the other side is the same as I took out and in pic.  Please see pics and let me know if they show what you need. The coil number that I see is 8H3. The shoes are 8R and 8L ( note:  Does the R and L mean right and left? When I am looking at the window, looking out, the "shoes" that are in the slots are opposite R and L meaning that the 8L is on the right side and the 8R is on the left. Does that make a difference?).
Where can I get the white picture cover as mine is cracked. Do I get it locally from Lowes? I have a feeling I need an entire new window.

Thanks for your post! The coil assembly you have here is the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot. You'll need the 26-422 Pivot Bar to replace the damaged pivot bar sticking out of the shoe cam.

The compatible coil springs are the Series 180 Coil Balance. Since your housing is marked with an 8, you'll need the S180-08. The 16-024 Mounting Bracket is used to anchor the coils to the window track.

These are not marked for right and left, so you'll need the same hardware to replace both sides.

I'm sorry to say we would not be able to provide you with a replacement for the balance cover. You may be able to purchase it from Lowes or another hardware store but I cannot make any guarantees.
