Thanks for reaching out to us. Can you show us a closer photo of the top fitting? Can you also show us a photo of the inside of the metal channel where the innerspring connects to the pulley mechanism? That'd be located in the middle of the channel. 

Perfect! I recommend our S380-20 or S385-20 channel balance with the 1950 stamp option. You'll have to measure as shown below to determine the best match.
