Question

I have 2 windows I need replacement parts for in my home.  I have attached a picture of the label and window in the dining room that I need the sash guide on each side, the plastic pieces and the metal clips.  Could you provide these parts?

Hello,

With this combination of attachments, you could have either an S380-30 or S385-30 channel balance. You’ll need to measure as shown below. The Series 380 has a 1" bottom attachment, and the Series 385 has a 1-3/32" attachment. You'll also need 2940 spring strength options for your replacement balances.
