Parts needed

A quick learner from Avon NY says:

I am in need of window parts. There are no tags or other identifying marks on the windows. Installed in the 1960-70? The channel is 3/4" wide by 1/2" deep

the pin holder is 1" tall by 3/4" wide. Length of spiral channel device is 23"

OK Now what?

Looks like you need a new pivot shoe. If the channel is 1/2" deep then you may be able to use our 15-046, but you really should remove the original to get more accurate dimensions. It's hard to measure a pivot shoe while it's still in the track just because of how much of it is obscured. As long as it's 1-1/4" wide and 1/2" thick then the 15-046 can work just fine. Height doesn't matter at all so you can ignore that.

I'm not sure if you also needed a new spiral balance, but if you did then you have two options: either the 9/16" diameter Series 600 or the 3/8" diameter Series 900. You'll have to measure the diameter of your balance's tube to confirm the better choice.
