The shoe pictured here appears to match our 15-199 that uses the 1/2" Series 160 or the 3/8" Series 165 coil springs. Measure the width of your coil band to see which one matches best and let us know if you have any questions. 

Gotcha! I recommend our 15-150S single coil support which is compatible with the 15-199 shoe. You can also use (1) S160-5 5.5 pound coil spring on each side of the window. This would total 11 pounds of overall support but will be fine so long as the coil weights are within a pound of your sash's actual weight.
