Our S380-30 or S385-30 with the 2920 option appears to match what you have here. The best replacement will depend on the depth of the bottom fitting as shown in the image below. As for the clips, could be you referring to the 16-002? Take a look and see if this matches what you're looking for.

I'm sorry I wasn't clear about the clips
I am adding pictures. They are the ones at the top corner of the bottom sash
I would like to order 2 of the 15-004 and 12 of the "clips" shown in the photos

Please note, the S380 and S385 come attached with both the top and bottom fittings.
