Thanks for writing in! It looks like you have the 15-087 Coil Housing Pivot and the 15-086 Tandem Coil Housing. These are compatible with the Series 180 Coil Balances. They are anchored to the window track using the 16-024 Mounting Bracket.

To determine the correct coil balance springs for the assembly, you'll need to look for a stamp/marking on the coils or confirm the exact sash weight and divide it by four (the number of coils in the window. The tilt latch is a match for the 26-266 Tilt Latch. Unfortunately, the right handed version has been discontinued and the left is soon to follow. We believe the 26-393A may work in its place but be sure to compare the dimensions to confirm.
