Your exact pivot shoe isn't made anymore, but I've used our 15-046 to replace it in the past with great success. Just make sure to check the thickness to verify that it's the same at 1/2". That does appear to be the case from your photo, but we can't garner precise dimensions from a photo of a tape measure. The final determination on size must be yours.

As for the balance, you need either our 3/8" diameter Series 900 or the 9/16" diameter Series 600. The diameter of your outer tube will determine the best option.
