Parts needed for single hung dual coil balance

A window on a home purchase was completely missing the ballast system... A second window was of equal dimensions is in the house, I was able to transfer the ballast system to the window of the buyer's preference I am now looking to get all parts to complete the cannibalized window... Dual springs, the bushings for the springs and the bracket to hold them the shuttle guide/cam lock and the screws to attach them, prefer to order all items although I can get the screws locally if necessary. the marking in the coils is "5" the window weight is 19.4 lbs by a bathroom scale so 4 5lb springs make sense to me. Please suggest the correct Swisco parts needed to make the window work as intended.

Hello, Kie. I've made a list of the replacement parts that you will need for this job. Remove your pivot bar from the window and confirm that the dimensions of our pivot bar; 26-040 match yours. In addition to the pivot bar, you'll need the Coil Balance Shoe; 15-180, the Double Detent Clip; 15-181, the Balance Bushings; 15-182 and the Coil Balance; S190-540.
