Parts needed for sliding door

Hi,
I'm looking to find replacement parts for a sliding glass door. Please see photos attached. Please let me know if you are able to help and guide me in the right direction.

I am afraid we don't have an exact match for this handle set. See our 82-005 Surface-Mount Handle Set instead. Look it over and see if you think you could adapt this to your door. You likely will need to drill new holes to install it. Let me know if you have further questions.
