To start, compare your old Top Sash Guide with our 18-166. They look similar, but you want to make sure the dimensions match to be sure.

As far as your channel balance, could you double check the length of the metal channel (but not including the end attachments)? 8 inches seems unusually small, and it also looks a bit longer in your photos. Let us know and we'll see if we can narrow down what you need. Thanks.

No problem. Thanks for clarifying. We have come up with two possible replacement balances that could work for you. Take a look at our S380-18 and S385-18 channel balances. At first glance, these appear to be identical, however, there is a slight measurement difference in the bottom balance shoe. You will need to measure yours and compare it to both balances to see which one would make the better match. Take a look at the detailed diagram below for more details.
