Patio Door Handle

I need a replacement for my patio door handle. See attached photos. It's an old door from the 60's. The handle works I just need to replace the thing on the handle that you hold to open and close the door.

I cannot guarantee we are able to provide a direct match for this style, but to further review, are you able to provide the distance between the installation holes from center to center? Are you also able to show us the latch or lock that engages with this handle set? Thank you!

The measurement between the installation holes from center to center is 3 5/8". And I just realized the latch is missing. We are fixing an old house.

Unfortunately we do not have an exact match for this handle. The best we can provide is installing a surface mounted handle set like the 82-005. You will need to take a look at the door to see if this style can be installed. New installation holes will be necessary as the 82-005 has a 4-15/16" installation hole spacing from center to center. Take caution when drilling new mounting holes not to damage the door, glass, or frame. Please review the video below to see what you think!
