Patio Door Handle with Lock

I need a replacement handle and lock for my patio door.The interior screws are 4-15/16" O.C. And the exterior screws are 3-1/2" O.C.. the interior screws on the lock are 3-1/2" O.C.. if I can buy the exterior handle only that would be great.

I recommend our 82-005 handle set. This has the same 4-15/16" hole spacing as your original and even uses the same type of hook to secure the door. Look it over and see what you think.
