Patio Door Handle/Lock

I need a few different items. I need a new handle/locking hardware for a sliding patio door. The original manufacturer of the patio door and windows was Paramount Windows out of Canada. They are out of business.
For the Sliding patio door, I need a new handle and locking mechanism. I attached photos. Let me know what else you may need.

Hey there. For the mortise lock, please compare to our 82-265, which works with the 82-249 keeper. For a handle set see the 82-030.
