Patio Door Handles

Question

I am told by one of our techs that these handle holes are spaced 5.5 inches. We need 2 sets that lock from the inside latch and 1 set that locks from inside latch and outside with a key

See our 82-005 or 82-009A surface mount handle sets. See if one of these might work for your door. Your old handle set's hole spacing might actually be 4-15/16", which is the spacing these replacements have; if not, you'd need to drill new holes to use them.
