Patio Door Latch

Question

I need a latch shown in the pictures. I don't know the door brand name and cannot find any marking on the door.  It was purchased at Lowe's and they have been no help. Any help will be appreciated.

Take a look and compare the dimensions of our 82-239 and 82-265 mortise locks to yours. Your face plate appears to be missing so you'll need to choose between the two depending on how yours installs in the door. Thank you!
