Patio Door Lock replacement parts

Quick Learner
I am looking for two replacement parts for a patio door lock I have. The first, the internal lock, is labeled with the following information: "Canadian Patent No 919213 Patented 1973" on one side and "Patent No 3,596,954" on the other (see images 0589 and 0588).

The other part is shown in image 0587 and is the part that the inside handle attaches to, as illustrated in the attached image 0586 with arrows drawn to identify it.

I see that another person inquired about this same Canadian Patent number and someone there suggested your Swisco mortise lock part 82-225. The customer didn't appear to write a follow up comment saying whether this part did in fact fit or not so I don't want to order the part without consulting with your customer service part identifier section first.

Could you please assist and tell me whether you have the two replacement parts as described above and shown in the attached pictures?

Thank you.

Thanks for writing in. I agree that the 82-225 is the replacement for this mortise lock. So long as the dimensions below match what you have, it would work for you. However, we do not sell the base component of your handle set that you're looking for. If part of the handle set is damaged you're honestly better off replacing the whole thing. See our 82-005. This surface mount handle set comes with a latch that fits into the inside handle, just like your old one (it is functionally similar to the 82-225), so you wouldn't have to purchase it separately. The handle set has a hole spacing, or distance between the center of each mounting hole, of 4-15/16". Please compare and see if you think this could work for you.
