Hello,

To start with, could you confirm the exact distance between the installation hole centers of your handle set. Also, is there a keeper that your handle latch would engage with that you can show us? Thank you!

The bolt hole pattern centers are 4 1/8". The lock assembly still attached inside door as noted in picture. Peter H.

You have an older style Keller patio door. Unfortunately, the handle set used for this door is no longer available. In the past, I have used the 82-005 handle set with the 82-306 exterior keyed handle. Keep in mind that this will require drilling new installation holes in the door and you'll need to make sure you have space to mount the keeper. Take a look at the suggested parts, along with the related videos for more information.
