Patio Door Mortise Lock

I am trying to find a similar latch for my sliding door. I ordered this item [(1) 82-259 : SS Multi-Point Mortise Latch and Keeper] and it was incompatible. Please see attached the pictures for reference.

I'm surprised to hear that the 82-259 didn't work for you. There doesn't appear to be anything about your mortise that differs in a major way. It should have worked. Can you tell me exactly why it didn't?

To the home owner from USA,

I have exactly the same lock you have as far a pictures. I am trying to find a replacement, did you have any luck anywhere? If so what was the store or website and what is the model number? Funny how there is no serial number or part number it just says Pat Pending.
