Patio Door Slider - Dual Mortise lock

Hello all! Got a dual mortise lock that needs replaced for a 1.5 inch patio door slider. 11 inches between the top and bottom mounting screws on the plate. Has a rectangular slam pin. Lock bracket appears to be about a 5 and 1/4". Locking pins hook towards each other. Unknown part number or manufacturer. Thanks!
