Patio Door handle and lockset

Question

I have a silver line east patio door
Need to replace handle. It is keyed
Model number of door is 5802
The spacing of the screws thru door is 4"
Do you have a replacement part for this?

I can't be certain without a photo, but if the hole spacing is 3-15/16", then see our 82-030 Handle Set. If you wanted an outside key lock, you can adapt our 82-310 to this handle set. This article here explains how.
